As an Account Coordinator at dentsu Creative, you will play a key role within the Accounts team, supporting the day-to-day management of client business and helping ensure work is delivered seamlessly. This role is foundational in shaping how accounts are supported—bringing strong organization, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset to every project.

You will partner closely with Account leads and cross-functional teams to help drive projects forward, ensuring alignment, clarity, and efficiency at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Project Support

  • Support Account leads in the day-to-day management of projects and workflows

  • Initiate and manage project setup, including project IDs, estimates, and billing coordination with Finance teams

  • Capture and distribute clear, concise contact reports outlining key decisions and next steps

Project Coordination & Delivery

  • Collaborate with Production, Creative, and cross-functional teams to support the development and maintenance of project timelines

  • Help ensure all teams have the information and materials they need to deliver work effectively (e.g., briefs, copy decks, deliverables lists)

  • Assist in communicating client feedback clearly and accurately to internal teams

  • Maintain and distribute up-to-date project documentation

Team Operations & Administration

  • Coordinate meetings and maintain weekly status reports to ensure visibility across projects

  • Support the execution of day-to-day operational requests that enable smooth account management

  • Contribute to improving processes and team efficiency where possible

Client & Partner Collaboration

  • Build strong, respectful, and collaborative relationships with clients and agency partners

  • Monitor and track competitive activity, sharing relevant insights with internal and client teams

  • Help foster a positive, inclusive, and solutions-focused team environment

Qualifications

  • Up to 1 year of relevant experience (including internships or co-op placements)

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset

  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team

  • Eager to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

  • Adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Resourceful in finding information and solving problems

  • Passion for advertising, marketing, or creative industries

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

The salary range for this position is CAD $45k-$55k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available to all permanent employees.
