What you will do:

Cineplex Media connects brands to the largest out-of-home entertainment and shopping audience in Canada through cinema, shopping centres, entertainment destinations, and digital platforms.

As an Account Coordinator, Media Sales, you will play a critical role in supporting the full sales and campaign lifecycle, from proposal development and inventory management through contract administration, campaign execution, reporting, and post-campaign analysis. Working closely with Account Directors, clients, agencies, and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure media campaigns are planned, booked, delivered, and reported accurately and efficiently.

This role serves as a key operational hub within the Media Sales team, requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

This is a hybrid position (3 days in the office per week). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Proposal Development & Sales Support

  • Develop and manage media proposals, campaign recommendations and pricing quotations aligned with client objectives and campaign requirements.

  • Support Account Directors with campaign planning, packaging and optimization recommendations.

  • Provide timely responses to non-cost related client questions and internal sales team inquiries.

Contract Management, Inventory Coordination & Compliance

  • Prepare, process and distribute client contracts ensuring all required approvals, pricing authorizations and documentation are secured.

  • Manage campaign inventory allocation and maintain complete and accurate opportunity, contract and campaign records within Salesforce and related systems.

Campaign Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support successful campaign launches and ongoing execution.

  • Communicate campaign requirements, revisions and updates to appropriate stakeholders and liaise with clients, venues and internal departments to resolve campaign-related issues and ensure timely execution.

  • Assist with preparation of special instructions, certificates of insurance and campaign documentation required for activations and events.

Reporting, Analytics & Revenue Administration

  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reports related to sales activity, campaign performance, revenue and pipeline management for Account Directors and sales leadership.

  • Analyze campaign performance and attendance/impression data from multiple sources.

  • Identify and investigate reporting discrepancies, partnering with Finance and internal teams to resolve issues.

CRM Administration & Process Management

  • Maintain opportunities through the full sales lifecycle and contribute to process improvements and best practices that enhance efficiency and data integrity.

  • Ensure all client, campaign and sales documentation are current, accurate and properly stored.

What You Will Need:

  • A post-secondary education at the community college level (at minimum).

  • 2+ years of experience in a sales support, account coordination, administrative, or client service role within a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience preparing proposals, contracts, reports, or other business documentation.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, for reporting and data analysis.

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and/or within a media, advertising, marketing, or sales environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable team player with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
