Manages mortgage default recovery activities, including preparing discharge and arrears statements, coordinating property inspections, updating legal files, communicating with borrowers and stakeholders, and arranging repayment plans. Underwrite, structure and fund CMHC-insured multifamily, retirement, and student housing loans. Produce financial models, credit analyses and CMHC submissions; liaise with borrowers, brokers and consultants; resolve issues; and help build internal systems and underwriting standards in collaboration with origination, credit, and servicing teams.
