The Ontario Sales Manager will lead a sales team, set KPIs, manage strategic accounts, oversee marketing campaigns, and report on performance.

Process and validate finance contract data, disburse funds via EFT/Wire/cheque, reconcile ledger accounts, ensure quality control on funding/checklists, track and resolve funding errors, communicate with customers and teams, and meet service level targets.

The Accounting Analyst will manage cash receipt entries, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and client billing. Duties include resolving discrepancies, compiling reports, and maintaining confidentiality of information.

The Accounting Officer will handle bank reconciliations, compliance reporting, financial statements, and internal queries while managing multiple tasks in a dynamic team.

Perform full-cycle accounting including cash receipts, A/P, A/R, reconciliations, bank and general ledger reconciliations, tax remittances, compliance reporting, daily management reports, and handle customer/internal queries while maintaining confidentiality.

The Business Development Representative will reach out to clients for financing opportunities, schedule appointments, and maintain relationships with brokers.

The Account Executive will work with clients to facilitate loans, evaluate documentation, ensure compliance, and grow business relationships via phone sales.

Underwrite, structure and fund CMHC-insured multifamily, retirement, and student housing loans. Produce financial models, credit analyses and CMHC submissions; liaise with borrowers, brokers and consultants; resolve issues; and help build internal systems and underwriting standards in collaboration with origination, credit, and servicing teams.
