Manages mortgage default recovery activities, including preparing discharge and arrears statements, coordinating property inspections, updating legal files, communicating with borrowers and stakeholders, and arranging repayment plans. The role requires accurate data entry, deadline management, strong communication, ethical conduct, and collaboration with legal and management teams. Candidates should have collections and legal experience, with mortgage experience and relevant post-secondary education preferred.

Underwrite, structure and fund CMHC-insured multifamily, retirement, and student housing loans. Produce financial models, credit analyses and CMHC submissions; liaise with borrowers, brokers and consultants; resolve issues; and help build internal systems and underwriting standards in collaboration with origination, credit, and servicing teams.

The Accounting Analyst will manage cash receipt entries, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and client billing. Duties include resolving discrepancies, compiling reports, and maintaining confidentiality of information.
