Collaborate cross-functionally to identify process improvements, implement strategies, analyze metrics, ensure regulatory compliance, present results to senior management, and mentor R&D staff to foster a culture of innovation.

Manage regulatory submissions and ensure company products comply with FDA, USDA, and other applicable regulations. Develop regulatory strategies, update policies, conduct internal audits, liaise with agencies, and collaborate with R&D, QA, and Production. Provide staff training, maintain documentation, and recommend corrective actions to preserve compliance throughout the product lifecycle.
