Lead business analysis for large-scale public sector IT implementations: elicit and document requirements, run design workshops, produce BRDs and RTMs, translate requirements to JIRA, plan and execute testing (UAT, integration, performance), coordinate defect triage, and deliver analytical reports and process improvements.
