Leads business analysis for complex business and technology initiatives by gathering and documenting requirements, modeling processes and data, developing business cases, facilitating JAD sessions and workshops, and supporting UAT. The role includes process improvement, requirements validation, performance measurement, stakeholder reporting, governance participation, knowledge transfer, and translating business and data needs into technical specifications.

Develop and maintain automated QA testing solutions, frameworks, scripts, test plans, and test data. Execute functional, API, integration, performance, security, accessibility, BI, and healthcare interoperability testing. Analyze results, manage defects, support deployments, and improve testing methodologies. Collaborate with developers, architects, product owners, QA teams, and public-sector healthcare stakeholders in Agile, traditional, and DevOps environments.

Designs, develops, integrates, tests, and supports large-scale multi-tier enterprise software solutions. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, architecture and solution design, coding, REST and SOAP integrations, documentation, unit and integration testing, troubleshooting, optimization, code reviews, and technical leadership. The role collaborates with business stakeholders, analysts, testers, and developers, supports project planning and estimation, and provides knowledge transfer. Work is fully onsite in Toronto, Monday through Friday, for a seven-month assignment.
