Plans and executes manual and automated testing for large-scale enterprise systems, including functional, integration, regression, UAT, performance, accessibility, security, data validation, and migration testing. Develops test strategies, plans, scripts, cases, and reports; manages defects; maintains automation and CI/CD integration; validates databases and system behavior; and collaborates with Agile delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure quality and compliance.

Product Manager responsible for defining product vision and strategy, managing roadmaps and backlogs, prioritizing initiatives, and guiding digital registration solutions through the full product lifecycle. The role partners with business stakeholders, users, technology teams, vendors, and executives; translates needs into requirements and user stories; supports Agile delivery; tracks success metrics; and ensures alignment with governance, accessibility, and cybersecurity standards.

Leads complex enterprise IT, audiovisual, telecommunications, videoconferencing, and VoIP projects from planning through implementation and closeout. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, project governance, risk and change management, procurement, vendor and contract administration, budgeting, testing, commissioning, quality assurance, and executive reporting. The role is fully on-site in Toronto and requires leadership of project teams, contractors, suppliers, and external service providers.
