Own the roadmap and product decisions for internal platform APIs and multi-tenant SaaS tooling. Partner with engineering on architecture, authentication, billing infrastructure, and tenant-isolation tradeoffs. Conduct discovery with delivery teams and clients, write precise specifications, prioritize platform improvements, and monitor adoption and friction after launch.

Manage Google Ads search, display, shopping, and remarketing campaigns for clients. Responsibilities include keyword research, competitor analysis, bid management, budget optimization, conversion tracking, and reporting on return on ad spend directly to clients.

Build and maintain fintech platform infrastructure handling payments, digital wallets, money transfers, identity verification, and real-time transaction monitoring. Integrate payment and KYC/AML providers, design multi-currency and cross-border transaction systems, and implement encryption and HSM-backed key management. Collaborate with compliance teams to meet PCI-DSS Level 1 and Canadian FINTRAC requirements.
