Hands-on senior product UI/UX designer working onsite to deliver end-to-end mobile and web designs. Responsible for pixel-perfect UI, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, adapting enterprise design systems, collaborating with product and engineering, and improving usability with user-centered principles while working independently.

Manage UX design team operations, sprint and Jira workflows, and stakeholder coordination. Facilitate collaboration, whiteboarding, and design process delivery across distributed teams.

Define and deliver a unified payments platform (pay-ins, payouts, merchant acquiring, settlement, routing, reconciliation). Create PRDs, user stories, process maps, and API specs. Collaborate with engineering, QA, UI/UX, and data teams to drive Agile delivery, backlog prioritization, release readiness, and operationalization including billing, risk, and compliance. Identify and integrate AI-driven product opportunities.
