Leads the brand’s creative vision, visual identity, storytelling, and campaign development across digital, social, advertising, print, video, and events. Manages and mentors creative professionals, reviews work, establishes standards and workflows, collaborates with marketing and leadership, manages budgets and timelines, and builds relationships with external creative partners.
We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Creative Director to lead our creative function and shape the brand’s visual identity, storytelling, and overall creative direction.
The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts with strategic thinking and leadership skills. You will work closely with marketing, content, product, and leadership teams to develop compelling ideas and ensure consistently high-quality creative output across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the overall creative vision, strategy, and direction for the brand.
- Develop creative concepts and campaigns across digital, social media, advertising, print, video, events, and other relevant platforms.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire designers, copywriters, content creators, photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals.
- Translate business and marketing objectives into strong creative concepts and executions.
- Establish and maintain consistent brand identity, visual language, tone of voice, and creative standards.
- Review, refine, and approve creative work before final delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, product, and senior leadership teams on campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Present creative concepts and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients when required.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in design, advertising, technology, culture, social media, and consumer behaviour.
- Identify opportunities to improve the brand’s creative presence and market positioning.
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, freelancers, production houses, photographers, and other creative partners.
- Establish creative processes, workflows, and quality-control standards for the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant creative experience, with significant experience leading creative teams or projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, campaign development, visual communication, and creative storytelling.
- Proven experience developing creative concepts from strategy through execution.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, photography, video, digital media, and brand communication.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance creative ambition with business objectives.
- Strong project-management and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working with creative software and tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or equivalent platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
