- Foster team culture, communication, and connection
Project & Sprint Management
- Manage Jira workflows and ticket tracking
- Ensure proper handoffs and linkage of work in Jira
- Track team bandwidth and assignments
- Support sprint cadence and agile practices
- Coordinate reporting and progress tracking
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work with:
- Product teams
- Engineering teams
- Business stakeholders
- Gather and clarify requirements
- Advocate for design value with stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience Design Tool Familiarity
Candidate does not need to be a designer, but should:
- Be comfortable using:
- Figma
- FigJam
- Especially strong with:
- Whiteboarding
- Workflow mapping
- Facilitation activities in FigJam
UX / Design Process Knowledge
Strong understanding of:
