Provide underwriting and technical support to sales and service brokers, process new and existing client paperwork, coordinate with departments to ensure accurate underwriting, and improve workflows related to portals and system changes. The role requires strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills in a fast-paced insurance environment.

Manage commercial insurance client relationships, provide policy support, process changes, certificates and billing, advise on risk exposures and coverage, pursue appropriate upsell opportunities, and support retention through excellent service and collaboration with brokerage teams.
