Manages media finance controls, billing setup, vendor and client codes, monthly budget reporting, invoice issuance, and reconciliation of media plan authorizations against billings. Ensures adherence to finance procedures, follows up on discrepancies, prepares recurring reports, and supports accurate account-level financial administration. The role requires strong numerical accuracy, organization, accountability, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Manage media strategy and execution across investment teams, including media plans, buy specifications, budgets, billing, and deadline adherence. Define program metrics, develop insights and optimization recommendations, evaluate media opportunities and partners, and maintain knowledge of client businesses, consumers, competitors, and media trends. The role requires collaboration, independent work, strong organization, and confident, data-supported recommendations.

Supports media planning by preparing client presentations and planning documents, researching media and market trends, coordinating with trading and partner teams, participating in ideation, and managing project deliverables. The role develops recommendations across digital, social, and other media channels while building client communication, presentation, analytical, and project-management skills.
