Job Description

We are looking for a media professional who is flexible, collaborative and able to work independently. This project planning resource is a key position at Mindshare to support the agencies client teams as we deliver leading media solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities and Duties

•  Stewardship of the media strategy across investment teams and ensuring executional excellence

•  Manage and delegate the day-to-day media responsibilities to ensure adherence to deadlines (i.e media plan changes, Buy Specs, Blocking Charts, etc.)

• Primary owner of annual media budgets, billing, and actualizations

• Define key program metrics and build insights and optimizations

• Provide informed points of view on new media opportunities and / or partners and their role in media strategies

• Develop a thorough, up-to-date knowledge of the clients business and the media landscape

Skills, Knowledge, Attributes & Experience:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of Media Planning experience is preferred

• Developing media knowledge that spans across disciplines and channels with a growing depth in digital

• Proactive and solution oriented

• Ability to confidently share a point-of-view and support it using insights and data

• Strong time management and organization skills

• Awareness of client business issues, industry/consumer trends, market status and competition

• College Diploma in Advertising or University Degree in a related field
