Supports day-to-day email marketing operations, including building, testing, scheduling, and deploying campaigns in Iterable. Responsibilities include audience validation, segmentation, personalization, QA, A/B testing, automated Journeys, HTML/CSS updates, troubleshooting, reporting, ticket management, and process improvement. The role collaborates with marketing, creative, merchandising, analytics, loyalty, and technology teams to ensure accurate, timely, and error-free campaign execution.

Leads enterprise data engineering, master data, and product data functions. Owns scalable SAP-to-Snowflake pipelines, SAP BW migration, vendor product-data ingestion, PIM and MDM strategy, data governance, quality, lineage, privacy, and platform cost optimization. Develops the data engineering roadmap, supports personalization and data science initiatives, resolves incidents, and builds a high-performing cross-functional team.

Creates welcoming in-store customer experiences by engaging shoppers, recommending and curating products, sharing product stories, maintaining visual standards, supporting promotions, responding to feedback, and following health and safety practices. The role requires flexibility, self-development, teamwork, extended floor mobility, lifting items up to 40 pounds, and availability for varied shifts. French/English bilingualism is required for Quebec positions.
