Designs, implements, and improves learning strategies and blended programs across the organization. Manages the enterprise LMS, conducts needs analyses with stakeholders, creates e-learning and instructor-led content (including multimedia and assessments), evaluates program effectiveness, and integrates emerging learning technologies. Leads L&D projects, partners with SMEs and HR, manages budgets, and fosters a culture of continuous development and high performance.

The Manager, Events leads Indigo's events program, overseeing execution, managing a team, and ensuring successful on-brand events. Responsibilities include strategic planning, budget management, and stakeholder communication.

Lead and execute store operations and customer experience as part of the Store Leadership Team. Manage opening/closing, daily operations, visual standards, sales targets, facilities, health & safety, and loss prevention. Coach and develop team members, support talent acquisition and calibration, prioritize and execute work, and foster an inclusive, customer-centric culture across physical and online channels.
