Provide early-morning or overnight store support: receive and process merchandise, conduct cycle counts, replenish and merchandise stock, engage customers on the sales floor, curate product selections, respond to feedback, and support a safe, welcoming store environment while contributing ideas to leadership and owning personal development.

Provide excellent customer service on the sales floor, support store operations during overnight shifts (10PM start), perform inventory cycle counts, replenish and receive merchandise, merchandise displays, process returns, lift up to 40 lbs, and contribute to a safe, welcoming store environment while supporting continuous improvement and team development.

Lead store product flow and visual merchandising to maximize sell-through and margins. Coach Customer Experience Representatives, execute D2F, markdowns, promotional and changeover plans, maintain visuals and safety, open/close store, and support hiring, training and team development.
