Owns the learning ecosystem, including Indigo U, curricula, leadership development, onboarding, compliance, digital learning, career pathways, analytics, governance, budgeting, and adoption. Partners with senior leaders to identify capability gaps, builds scalable learning programs, and leads a high-performing L&D team focused on measurable business and employee outcomes.

Leads enterprise talent development programs, including performance enablement, talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, career development, and employee engagement. Partners with HR and business leaders to identify capability needs, analyze talent data, improve organizational readiness, and implement scalable talent practices. Manages cross-functional projects, vendors, communications, adoption, measures of success, and continuous program improvement.

Designs, implements, manages, and evaluates enterprise learning and development programs. Responsibilities include instructional and e-learning design, LMS administration, learning needs analysis, blended learning delivery, compliance training, budget input, vendor and SME collaboration, and assessment of program effectiveness. The role also supports employee growth, leadership development, continuous learning, technology adoption, and business performance while partnering with HR and business leaders.

Translate, adapt, proofread, and edit English-to-French retail marketing, corporate, promotional, packaging, email, product, and internal communications content for French-Canadian audiences. Ensure accuracy, brand voice, quality, and timely delivery while incorporating customer needs and improving translation processes. The role also involves post-editing machine- and AI-generated translations and coordinating with internal teams and freelancers.

Provides administrative and operational HR support across employee lifecycle processes. Manages HR inquiries, documentation, employee records, organizational charts, HRIS transactions, work authorization tracking, seasonal workforce administration, reporting, audits, and health and safety coordination. Collaborates with HR partners, payroll, HR technology, and business teams to resolve issues, maintain accurate and confidential data, improve workflows, and deliver consistent employee service.

Ensures product availability and supply chain flow performance by tracking purchase orders, analyzing product-flow data, monitoring inventory gaps, maintaining reports, and coordinating with merchants, planners, distribution centers, carriers, forwarders, vendors, and customs brokers. Supports inbound logistics, distribution center strategies, issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and continuous process improvement.

Process accurate, high-volume payrolls for Canadian and U.S. hourly and salaried employees. Responsibilities include reviewing payroll interfaces and employee changes, processing bonuses, preparing reports, Records of Employment, government remittances, journal entries, and year-end tax forms. The role also supports payroll inquiries, maintains personnel files, collaborates with HR and store management, and ensures compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

Supports day-to-day email marketing operations, including building, testing, scheduling, and deploying campaigns in Iterable. Responsibilities include audience validation, segmentation, personalization, QA, A/B testing, automated Journeys, HTML/CSS updates, troubleshooting, reporting, ticket management, and process improvement. The role collaborates with marketing, creative, merchandising, analytics, loyalty, and technology teams to ensure accurate, timely, and error-free campaign execution.

Creates welcoming in-store customer experiences by engaging shoppers, recommending and curating products, sharing product stories, maintaining visual standards, supporting promotions, responding to feedback, and following health and safety practices. The role requires flexibility, self-development, teamwork, extended floor mobility, lifting items up to 40 pounds, and availability for varied shifts. French/English bilingualism is required for Quebec positions.
