Lead process design and continuous improvement across contact centre and operations. Design, document, and optimize end-to-end workflows, run stakeholder workshops, establish KPIs and dashboards, govern a centralized process repository, support RPA and digital-first solutions, and coach teams to improve customer and broker experience while driving operational efficiency.
