Lead and oversee a QBiT biomedical design project from ideation through final design. Responsibilities include structuring timelines, delegating and supervising team members, tracking technical tasks, preparing projects for competitions/conferences, attending executive meetings, and taking initiative on research and design outside scheduled meetings.

Lead QBiT's financial operations: manage budgets, deposits and reimbursements, pursue funding applications, co-lead sponsorship strategy and outreach, report at executive meetings, and oversee the Director of Sponsorship.

Lead internal operations for QBiT: manage events, hiring coordination, travel logistics for conferences/competitions, support sponsorship logistics, oversee Directors of Business and Science, and report at executive meetings.
