As a Personal Finance Advisor, you develop relationships with clients, offering tailored financial advice and managing business relationships. You ensure client satisfaction and stay informed on industry trends, participating in community outreach. You may also recommend financial products and strategies based on clients' needs.

Deliver performance analysis and insights for OAW business lines: diagnose trends, identify root causes, recommend actions, build and enhance SAS and Power BI reports/dashboards, partner with business teams, present findings to leadership, and improve data management and workflows.

Provide strategic planning, performance monitoring, and regulatory impact analysis. Advise on transformation initiatives, design business strategies, coordinate senior-level presentations, and support policy, standards, and stakeholder alignment across units.

Serve as the client voice and product owner for strategic, complex projects. Maintain product backlogs, advise stakeholders, oversee policies and programs, coach other product owners, and represent the unit in senior-level decision forums and external negotiations.

Design and deploy predictive models and segmentations using statistical and ML/AI methods. Prepare, clean, and feature-engineer data from warehouses, develop and operationalize models, create visualizations and presentations, document rules, and advise stakeholders to inform business decisions and improve data management tools.

The Advisor collaborates with various business units to develop actuarial solutions, analyze data, and support project coordination and implementation.

The Regional Sales Consultant conducts outbound sales calls to enhance client relationships and support sales strategies, aiming to meet and exceed sales objectives in the financial services sector.
