Manages a nationwide team handling contested and complex life and health insurance claims. Oversees performance, talent development, operational planning, strategic claim decisions, service improvement, reporting, and client satisfaction. Collaborates with insurance claims teams to ensure consistent and efficient practices, implements action plans aligned with organizational strategy, and drives continuous improvement, engagement, diversity, and change management.

Leads strategic business planning, forecasting, performance reviews, and profitability initiatives across consumer and business credit card portfolios. Coordinates projects to resolve KPI variances, improve efficiency, and increase revenue. Oversees regulatory compliance, federal partner engagement, working groups, risk mitigation, and action plans addressing changing laws and non-conformities. Advises senior stakeholders and credit union partners on strategic positioning and business performance.

Provides senior-level property and casualty insurance expertise across strategic projects and initiatives.
