Independently manage insurance defense litigation files from intake through resolution, including auto claims, accident benefits, bodily injury, commercial lines, property, subrogation, and coverage matters. Assess liability and damages, draft legal opinions and court documents, conduct examinations for discovery, and represent the organization at hearings, arbitrations, motions, pre-trials, and trials. Collaborate with claims partners and legal colleagues while contributing to knowledge development and client service.

Lead the enterprise architecture function and architecture team, defining strategy, governance, standards, target-state architectures, and technology roadmaps. Align technology investments and transformation initiatives with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and corporate strategy. Oversee application, data, integration, infrastructure, cloud, and security architecture while driving modernization, innovation, risk reduction, and technology standardization. Advise executive leadership and collaborate with business, technology, security, and governance stakeholders across the organization.

Provides senior in-house insurance defense litigation services for complex bodily injury, commercial liability, and subrogation matters. Manages files from assessment through trial or resolution, develops litigation strategy, conducts trials and hearings, prepares advocacy materials, and advises on liability, damages, coverage, risk, and settlement. Mentors junior counsel, supports trial preparation, delivers legal training, and uses emerging litigation technologies, electronic evidence, and digital hearing tools.
