Lead onboarding and end-to-end implementation of large, complex group business insurance clients. Act as primary client contact, coordinate cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, customize solutions, attend strategic meetings with senior leadership, and travel across Canada on short notice to ensure successful launches and client satisfaction.

Perform reserving analyses for insurance contract liabilities, develop and maintain valuation models and assumptions, ensure regulatory and data integrity, produce reports for regulators and stakeholders, collaborate with underwriting and finance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide risk management analysis, research and recommendations; develop and implement solutions and action plans; analyze data and write reports; advise practitioners and stakeholders; lead projects to improve standards, policies and programs.
