The role supports regional sales representatives and ensures compliance with mutual fund sales practices.

Analyzes business needs, costs, risks, opportunities, and stakeholder requirements for complex strategic transformation initiatives. Develops business solutions, testing and acceptance plans, change management strategies, and rollout support. Ensures end-to-end requirements traceability, solution integration, and alignment with organizational objectives. Coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, influences senior management, and provides expert recommendations in ambiguous, operationally complex environments.

Develops and advances digital discoverability practices, including SEO and Generative Engine Optimization. Conducts audits, analyzes search behavior and AI-powered platforms, creates recommendations and action plans, supports stakeholders, monitors digital trends and LLM developments, contributes to performance reporting, and develops KPIs and measurement methodologies across traditional and generative search environments.
