The Transaction Manager will handle client relationships, manage lease transactions, perform lease portfolio analysis, and execute cash flow analyses to support decision-making.

Manage multifamily lease transactions and client relationships for a brokerage team. Perform lease portfolio and financial analyses, prepare cash-flow models in Excel, review and negotiate commercial lease terms, and support RFP/proposal responses while coordinating with senior brokers to deliver client-facing transaction services.

The Senior Strategist will lead client engagements in Workplace Strategy and change management, perform analyses, and develop client presentations.

The Director of Data Governance is responsible for designing and implementing a global data governance framework, ensuring data quality, compliance, and governance standards across regions. This role partners with various teams and influences stakeholders to drive data governance practices in a commercial real estate context.

Develop and execute pursuit and property marketing strategies for mid-to-large industrial and office sales and leasing. Lead proposal development, create pitch collateral, manage proposal library, track bid performance, deliver metrics and training, coordinate with in-house studio and senior leaders, and drive internal adoption and best-practice sharing across Colliers.

Manage client relationships and act as primary Colliers contact; coordinate lease transactions and tenant representation; perform portfolio and cash-flow analyses; review, recommend and negotiate commercial lease terms; and support RFPs and proposal responses to drive transaction outcomes.

Lead and manage end-to-end lease administration client transitions including discovery, data extraction, migration, abstraction, validation, QC, documentation, stabilization, and handover. Oversee project timelines, budgets, global teams, client governance, reporting, and training while ensuring contractual and financial accuracy and continuous process improvement.

Lead functional testing for Global IAM program: design/implement test plans, create automated and manual test suites, ensure traceability, integrate testing into CI/CD, validate requirements, produce test reports, guide team members, and support IAM solution design and compliance.
