Establishes DataOps, governance, security, CI/CD, and reliability standards while managing platform operations, incident response, service levels, technology roadmaps, and cross-functional partnerships.

Supports enterprise commercial real estate clients by coordinating acquisition, disposition, sales, sublease, and other lease transactions across multiple markets. Responsibilities include managing local brokers, negotiating transactions, providing strategic workplace and market advice, analyzing lease costs and IFRS accounting impacts, preparing Excel and PowerPoint summaries, maintaining accurate account data in Colliers360, and recommending process and technology improvements.

Conduct market research for the commercial real estate office team, preparing publications, commentary, presentations, reports, white papers, and thought-leadership content. Monitor industry trends, analyze and communicate insights to executives, manage research databases and data tools, support quality control and data collection, and collaborate with research and sales teams. The role requires strong communication, data analysis, Microsoft 365 proficiency, and attention to detail.

Delivers Producer Development and Junior Broker Training programs through scheduling, session coordination, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, communications, resource management, learner progress reporting, and continuous process improvement. Supports facilitators, subject matter experts, business leaders, HR partners, and early-career participants while managing cohort work plans, milestones, risks, and program operations.

Directs a global workplace technology program spanning IT service standardization, ServiceNow consolidation, digital workplace definition, outsourced service desk implementation, change management, chargeback, and enterprise project delivery. Manages budgets, schedules, risks, vendors, stakeholders, teams, RFPs, and post-implementation support while delivering standardized global IT services.

Lead product strategy, portfolio execution, and AI-first transformation for Colliers’ proprietary commercial technology platforms. Oversee multiple Product Management teams, establish roadmaps and FED governance, partner with Data, AI, Engineering, and global business leaders, and deliver enterprise B2B products for sales and services professionals. Drive adoption, product telemetry, KPIs, ROI measurement, and AI-enabled workflows using cloud and analytics technologies.

Designs, implements, and supports Saviynt identity governance solutions, including lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, provisioning, workflows, and segregation-of-duties policies. Provides L2/L3 IAM support, troubleshoots access issues, integrates applications and cloud platforms, and collaborates with Security, HR, IT, and application teams. The role also develops automation, maintains technical documentation, and improves governance, compliance, and operational efficiency across the global enterprise.
