Are you a detailed orientated person who can operate in a fast-paced environment and has the interpersonal skills to work with third-party brokers?

We are looking for an Treasury Analyst  to join our team. You will have direct ownership of your files and be responsible for ensuring that the required documentation is compliant for funding.    

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparing tranches for submission to funders
  • Reviewing incoming and outgoing payments and financial transactions for accuracy
  • Documenting new funding tranches into the ledger
  • Managing payment to funders on time
  • Producing monthly compliance reporting
  • Analyzing cash flow processes and make suggestions for improvement
  • Supporting tranche audit and funders audit
  • Making borrowing requests
  • Creating regular reports to funders
  • Protecting organization’s value by keeping information confidential
  • Other accounting duties that management may require

Skills Knowledge & Experience

  • Relevant university degree or college diploma combined with two years of work experience
  • Thorough knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, policies and procedures and budgeting methods
  • Detail orientated, with excellent organizational and follow up skills
  • Ability to produce and manage daily management reporting requirements
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Energetic team player with ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Great Plains would be an asset
