Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together
You’ll be part of a collaborative and growing team dedicated to supporting the administration of pension plan wind-ups for insolvency engagements. Your contributions will help ensure accurate record-keeping, smooth digital transitions, and reliable support for plan members during a critical stage of the pension process. By keeping our administrative operations running efficiently, you’ll play a key role in enabling the broader team to deliver innovative, high-quality service on engagements.

Here’s how
You’ll contribute to the team’s success by maintaining organized documentation, supporting digitization initiatives, assisting with member communications, and ensuring all administrative tasks meet internal quality and risk‑management standards.

What you’ll do 

  • Scan and electronically file incoming and outgoing documents, coordinating digitization across teams

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail 

  • Organize physical files for scanning and verify the accuracy of scanned documents

  • Assist in setting up client directories for scanned materials

  • Support monthly asset roll-forward reconciliations of pension funds

  • Assist with plan member searches and member communications

  • Participate in ad hoc special projects

  • Provide administrative and technical support to team members

  • Ensure quality control and service standards are met for all transactions

  • Adhere to internal risk-management policies 

You have

  • College diploma, university degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

What you bring

  • Solid customer service abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a team and with minimal supervision

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite

  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and excellent organizational and analytical skills

Nice to haves

  • Prior involvement in digitization or paperless-process initiatives

  • Background in fulfillment process or mailing projects  

Salary Range: $40,000 - $55,000

Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. We encourage all qualified candidates to apply, even if the posted salary range doesn't match your expectations.
