  • Define and develop winning sourcing strategies while enhancing the current recruitment process; including an internal bias audit and an Employer Brand audit to drive better resourcing solutions globally.
  •  Develop and track diversity hiring while ensuring diversity practices are woven into all recruitment initiatives and sourcing techniques nationally.
  • Establish benchmarks and metrics that will define our internal talent sourcing practice and successfully prioritize and close searches against those defined timelines.
  • Build strategic relationships with hiring managers and leaders to take our recruitment capability to the next level.
  • Drive the delivery of a “best-in-class” experience for all candidates, including contributing to the enhancement of our onboarding program.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the interview process and develop tools to ensure equitable hiring practices.
  • Manage the full recruitment processes, working closely with our Chief People Officer and Director of People Operations and Culture on forecasting and ensuring appropriate budget approval and headcount processes are in place.
  • Collaborate with the People team on ad hoc initiatives relating to talent attraction and retention.

We're Excited About You Because:

  • (Personal Qualifications)
  • You are a leader in talent acquisition and find intrinsic satisfaction in sourcing the ‘unicorns’ for our teams, delving into the depths of candidate pools and actively seeking out new talent pipelines.
  • You function as a consultant, project manager as well as a positive influence/representative for both the candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • You are innately entrepreneurial, passionate, and enthusiastic to work in a fast-growing CPG company.

  • (Professional Qualifications)
  • 5+ years of corporate and or search firm progressive recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruitment.
  • Extensive experience within the Consumer-Packaged Goods and manufacturing industry highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of executing volume recruitment and solid experience in recruiting candidates from a variety of sources; headhunting candidates, job boards, LinkedIn recruitment portals etc.
  • A reputation for being exceptional at candidate generation (including cold lead generation), candidate management, organization, and prioritization.
  • Experienced user of LinkedIn Recruiter and tapping into passive talent pipelines and ability to effectively use social media tools and online databases to attract and source talent.
  • Excellent communication skills with capability to engage internally and externally at all levels.
