JOB SUMMARY:
The Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring the delivery of effective omni-channel media strategies, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business goals, developing and executing media plans, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.

Location:
Candidates must be located in Illinois, Texas, Colorado, or Michigan. For individuals based in our Michigan and Illinois locations, this will be a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and remote work. For candidates in Texas and Colorado, this position will be fully remote.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage day-to-day client communications, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and translate them into effective media strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize omni-channel media campaigns including digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
  • Prepare and present campaign reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to meet KPIs and client goals.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform media strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-sell additional services.
  • Handle any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss campaign performance and future strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Assist in the development of new business proposals and pitches.
  • Create and track To-Do lists using Basecamp.
  • Develop communication briefs and collaborate with the team for refinement.
  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
  • Populate and review monthly reconciliations.
  • Review and manage buy report specifications.
  • Oversee APAC plan requests, intake, routing, and status.


Requirements
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel media strategies, including digital, social, and traditional media.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with media planning and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Client relationship management.

The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $60,000 to $75,000. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, years of experience, education, internal pay structure, and other contributing factors.
