Position Summary:
As a forward-thinking and results-driven professional, the Senior Talent Management Partner will take a strategic leadership role in driving the design, development, and execution of impactful talent management programs. This role is critical to fostering organizational growth through innovative approaches to development and talent management that empower employees to thrive. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, manage complex initiatives, and deliver creative solutions that align with business objectives and talent development priorities.
Meet the Human Resources Team
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner strategically with business leaders and HR teams to identify and prioritize talent needs, conduct comprehensive skills assessments, and craft targeted solutions to address development gaps and performance challenges.
- Oversee the curation, design, and delivery of engaging and accessible content that maximizes employee and leader “mind share” while enhancing knowledge retention across the workforce.
- Lead the implementation of advanced learning methodologies, leveraging a mix of facilitator-led, virtual synchronous/asynchronous, online, and blended learning strategies to meet diverse talent needs and promote innovative learning experiences.
- Drive the development of comprehensive resources, materials, and documentation to support the objectives of talent management initiatives.
- Utilize cutting-edge educational technologies to build high-impact and interactive learning experiences.
- Design and execute robust communication plans, evaluation tools, and pre/post activities to measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and principles of adult learning.
- Take ownership of planning and delivering leadership development, mentorship & talent programs, off sites, career initiatives and other key events that enhance organizational alignment and employee engagement.
- Collaborate with HR partners and external vendors to schedule, coordinate, and execute talent-related programs and initiatives.
- Continuously refine and update existing talent management materials, ensuring consistent innovation in content, processes, and delivery techniques.
- Stay informed on emerging trends, best practices, and technological advancements in talent management to sustain a dynamic and relevant employee development framework.
- Support internal mobility programs by designing and maintaining initiatives that foster career progression and encourage internal talent movement.
- Oversee the Talent SharePoint platform, ensuring resources and information are current, accessible, and user-friendly.
Core Competencies:
- Exceptional analytical skills combined with advanced collaboration, interpersonal, and influencing capabilities.
- Expertise in building relationships and excelling in group facilitation, presentations, and effective communication.
- Strong project management expertise with proven ability to prioritize, multi-task, and implement risk management strategies.
- Extensive experience in instructional design, incorporating multi-channel learning solutions such as classroom, eLearning, virtual, simulations, and more.
- In-depth knowledge of talent management, professional and career development trends and emergent learning design methodologies.
- Proficiency in leveraging software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint Designer, and educational technologies like Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and others.
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities with poise
Experience & Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Instructional Design, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, instructional design, and adult learning development across varied delivery methods.
- Track record of successfully leading and implementing programs in coaching, leadership development, mentorship and talent planning.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CTDP, CPTD, or active membership in professional organizations like the Learning Guild are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in driving talent engagement and organizational growth through innovative and strategic initiatives.
