What you’ll do  

Reporting to the Manager, Paid Social, the Specialist, Paid Social will provide day-to-day technical and analytical support with a key focus on campaign trafficking, reporting, analytics and coordinating other digital campaign-specific tasks for Canadian Tire’s In-House Digital Media agency (CTDi).   

  • Manage the day-to-day implementation of paid social media campaigns across multiple social media buying platforms including set-up, monitoring and optimization

  • Facilitate and maintain regular check-ins with internal and external partners to guide and oversee performance, pacing and general campaign management 

  • Assist in troubleshooting campaign delivery and pacing issues; support the team in addressing immediate issues 

  • Provide recommendations on tactics, audiences, placements and pacing for social marketing campaigns 

  • Responsibility for weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis as required  

 

What you bring 

  • 1-2 years hands-on experience Social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, etc)

  • Strong understanding of Dynamic Ads and Product Catalog requirements.  

  • Understanding of data management platforms. 

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, notably Microsoft Excel. 

  • Problem solver with the ability to analyze and prioritize to meet business objectives

Our typical hiring range is between $50,000 - $65,000 per annum.

Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
