The Senior Sales Operations Manager will be a key member of the Revenue and Business Operations Team. The candidate will help increase the productivity of the CRO organization to help drive revenue growth efficiently. You will help build and enable sales processes, define and implement data analytics of current sales practices and performance with a focus on identifying, developing and implementing operational improvements (people, process, systems and data) to drive ARR growth.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Developing and providing operational and strategic reports and analyses to enable Sales leaders to execute business objectives successfully.
  • Managing data integrity and ensuring data integration and collaboration between cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, HR, Customer Success).
  • Applying quantitative analysis and data visualization to tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Being the operational link cross-functionally for ongoing operations of pipeline & booking management, forecasting, and performance management.
  • Initiating and leading process automation and optimization projects, from identifying opportunities to synchronizing IT and Operations efforts in designing and implementing solutions.
  • Developing and maintaining operational measurements and metrics to identify sales performance issues and provide the frame for developing corrective action plans.
  • Supporting ongoing alignment and troubleshooting of data flows and operational issues while demonstrating excellent communication skills and being a problem solver.
  • Implementing data analytics of our current sales practices and performance, with a focus on identifying, developing, and implementing operational improvements to drive results.
  • Developing and providing operational and strategic reports and analyses to enable Sales leaders to execute business objectives successfully
  • Drive commission reporting and partner with finance for commission calculation and payouts

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience working in Revenue, Sales or Business Operations
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and coordination across diverse business units
  • Deep operational knowledge of various business systems including Salesforce, CPQ, Google Workspace, Salesloft, MetaBase, etc.
  • Proficient in GSheets/Excel/spreadsheets for data organization and interpretation to support business programs
  • Expertise in mapping processes and systems to align with end-to-end customer journey
  • Experience driving change within Sales teams, utilizing platforms like Salesforce and Salesloft
  • Proficient in defining key metrics, developing reporting programs, and tracking analytics
  • Strong project management skills, PMP designation is an asset 
  • Adaptable and collaborative team player with strong leadership skills
  • Exceptional technical writing and communication skills
  • Analytical problem-solver with attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments, occasionally outside regular hours
