Core Responsibilities

Role Summary

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Global System Integrators (GSI) and Channel Partners, you will drive go-to-market efforts that align Okta’s identity platform with the business strategies and solutions of key AMER and global partners. You’ll be responsible for creating scalable sales plays, positioning frameworks, and enablement assets tailored to joint value propositions across multiple verticals and geographies.

This role demands a strategic, collaborative, and execution-oriented marketer who thrives on working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Partner, and Regional Marketing teams to accelerate pipeline, partner-sourced revenue, and global awareness.

Go-to-Market Execution

  • Support cross-functional product launches and solution rollouts in collaboration with GSI and Channel partners.
  • Support integrated campaigns to drive GSI and Channel pipeline.
  • Own the development of partner-specific value props, solution overviews, pitch decks, playbooks and strategic partner program updates.
  • Collaborate with Enablement to plan and execute enablement materials, to be delivered both internally and externally (with partners).

Content Creation & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • In collaboration with partner marketing, partner programs and external agencies, author partner-branded content such as solution briefs, customer case studies, and blog posts to support demand gen and awareness.
  • Partner with Campaigns, Field, and AR/PR to amplify GSI and Channel narratives and momentum.
  • Support executive comms and partner events with messaging, abstracts, and on-stage presence content.
  • Ensure partner program materials align with the product and GTM strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B Product Marketing, Partner/Channel Marketing, or a GTM Strategy role
  • Strong experience working with or supporting Global System Integrators (GSI) and Channel partners
  • Proven ability to create compelling messaging and enablement for technical and business audiences
  • Demonstrated success in launching partner GTM programs that drive measurable results
  • Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Adept at managing ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and balancing strategic with tactical execution
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent experience preferred

Below is the annual base salary range for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York and Washington. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in California (excluding San Francisco Bay Area), Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is between:
$126,000$172,700 USD

Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual base salary range for this position for candidates located in Canada is between:
$108,000$148,000 CAD
