We are looking for a Senior Marketing Advisor, Sponsorship, Partnership, and Experiential Marketing to join the Brand Marketing Team at Intact Insurance. This role will be an individual contributor and will report to the Brand Marketing Manager.

In this position you will: 

  • Lead the development and growth of sponsorship and partnership marketing strategies that align with Intact's values and strengthen the brand leadership of Intact Insurance in Canada. 

  • Proactively seek new sponsorship and partnership opportunities, ensuring the brand remains visible and relevant in key markets, and analyze proposals critically to support contract negotiations. 

  • Evaluate partnership opportunities to build brand affinity and generate leads for Intact. 

  • Create a framework for evaluating and managing sponsorship and partnership proposals ensuring consistent and objective decision-making. 

  • Develop and implement experiential marketing campaigns that bring sponsorships and partnerships to life, enhancing visibility and audience engagement while creating memorable brand experiences at sponsored events. 

  • Collaborate on cross-channel activation by partnering with internal marketing colleagues (i.e., digital and social media marketing, PR & communications) to extend sponsorship and partnership initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring integrated brand storytelling and maximizing the reach and impact of marketing efforts. 

  • Measure and report on the performance of sponsorship and partnership activities, providing insights and strategic recommendations for future initiatives. 

  • Keep Intact ahead of industry trends in sponsorship and partnership marketing to maximize exposure and support overall business growth. 

Your assets: 

  • Proven ability to identify, evaluate, and secure high-impact sponsorship and partnership opportunities that align with brand and corporate strategies. 

  • Deep understanding of industry trends, sponsorship, partnership landscapes, and emerging opportunities within the marketing and events space. 

  • Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and managing complex sponsorship and partnership agreements to maximize value. 

  • Ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to sponsorship and partnership strategies, enhancing brand visibility and engagement. 

  • Expertise in building and nurturing long-term partnerships with external stakeholders, including sponsors, vendors, service providers, and event organizers. 

  • Strong expertise collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship and partnership events. 

  • Ability to report on partnership and sponsorship results through data-driven insights and ROI analysis, optimizing future initiatives. 

  • Highly organized, exceptional project management skills, and proven abilities to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines.  

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on sponsorship marketing, partnership marketing, and experiential marketing. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or equivalent field. 

  • Takes initiative easily and is comfortable working autonomously. 

  • Takes proactive measures to address issues and handles conflict/negotiates constructively. 
     

  • Bilingualism (French / English) - Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.

  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
