About the Role

The Marketing team is integral to KEV’s success, driving growth and brand visibility through collaboration and deep expertise. We partner across the organization to deliver scalable programs, compelling stories, and operational excellence  and we’re building a team that thrives on creativity, agility, and a shared commitment to impact. We are seeking a seasoned, strategic, and results-oriented Senior Manager, Content to lead our content efforts and accelerate our growth across North America.  Reporting directly to the SVP of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in generating engaging content with laser-focused messaging for the public-school districts across the US and Canada.

You will lead content efforts leveraging contract resources and the latest tools to generate high-quality, engaging content with the right messaging for our target customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to achieving ambitious goals of growing our business by 3X+ over the coming 5 years, with growth coming from new and existing accounts.

How You’ll Contribute 
  • Strategically develop and execute comprehensive content programs to increase awareness, pipeline, and revenue, specifically in the K-12 public education market 
  • Build highly effective lead nurturing content uniquely aligned to the school district purchasing cycles 
  • Lead and manage a network of contract resources to generate world class content 
  • Create the content to fuel impactful multi-channel marketing campaigns, targeted ABM programs, digital marketing efforts, website optimization, and high-value educational industry events 
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Sales, Account Management, Product Management, and the broader Marketing team to ensure strategic alignment, ongoing feedback loops, and optimized outcomes 
  • Efficiently allocate and manage budget, maximizing ROI and pipeline growth by leveraging tools and offshore resources 
  • Continuously test and scale new content formats working the demand generation to scall the winners 
  • Develop creative, customer-centric acquisition and nurturing content tailored to both new prospects and existing district partners 
  • Work with the broader marketing team to understand what content drives key performance indicators, including awareness, MQLs, SQL conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and closed revenue, specifically relevant to educational technology adoption 
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine content strategies, optimizing performance and informing executive-level decisions 
  • Ability to create brand templates and guidelines 
  • Responsible for ensuring all websites, ads, campaigns, sales decks, and other collateral meet KEV Groups brand guidelines 
  • Thoughtfully manage and optimize content budget allocations, ensuring resource efficiency and achievement of ambitious pipeline objectives 
Who You Are
  • 8+ years of progressive marketing and content experience, including at least 3 years in content within B2B SaaS 
  • Direct experience in marketing or selling solutions into the education or government sectors is highly preferred 
  • Demonstrated success in creating content to drive substantial pipeline and revenue growth within SaaS environments, with direct experience in enterprise-level sales 
  • Proven expertise in creating content to fuel multi-channel campaigns, ABM strategies, digital marketing initiatives, and event-driven programs 
  • Track record of working with a network of contractors, offshore resources, and tools to produce high quality content with an owner mentality with respect to the budget and quality 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with sales and account management teams, to measure and continuously optimize content performance 
  • Creative mindset combined with entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented execution abilities 
  • Detail-oriented and committed to continuous improvement and optimization 
  • Exceptional ability to manage and hold 3rd party teams accountable 
  • Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to effectively communicate across diverse departments and executive leadership

Salary range: $120,000 - $160,000.
