We are seeking a Senior Manager, Cloud Sales and Margin Accounting who thrives at the intersection of accounting, operations, and business transformation. This role will lead the accounting and financial oversight of the Company's cloud solutions portfolio, including cloud resale, managed services, subscriptions, and cloud consumption-based offerings. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate revenue recognition, cost accounting, gross profit reporting, and compliance with U.S. GAAP while partnering closely with business leaders to support growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the cloud business.
* What you'll do
* Lead the accounting and financial oversight of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes related to cloud revenue, cloud costs, and other cloud-related accounting activities.
* Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable processes that support the end-to-end accounting lifecycle for cloud revenue, cloud costs, and related financial activities.
* Partner with Sales, Cloud Operations, and Technology teams to support new cloud offerings, commercial programs, and strategic initiatives, ensuring operational readiness and financial governance are established upfront.
* Provide accounting leadership and business guidance on complex cloud transactions, commercial arrangements, and evolving business models, balancing technical accounting requirements with operational practicality.
* Establish and maintain accounting policies, controls, and governance frameworks that support accurate financial reporting while enabling business growth and scalability.
* Partner with Financial Planning & Analysis teams to understand financial trends, support forecasting activities, and improve visibility into revenue and profitability drivers.
* Identify opportunities to automate processes, simplify workflows, and leverage technology, data, and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance decision-making.

What we expect of you
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 7 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 4 years in an accounting role and 3 years in a management role.
* CPA certification and public accounting experience preferred.
* Experience working with cloud, technology, SaaS, managed services, subscription, or other recurring revenue business models preferred.
* Experience working with large, publicly traded entities preferred.
* Strong ownership and accountability of self and team delivering on commitments and results.
