Sell technology products, services, and solutions to business customers while building long-term relationships. Responsibilities include prospecting, researching customer needs, presenting consultative solutions, growing a book of business, and collaborating with peers and technology partners. The role includes six weeks of classroom training, four months of coached selling, and ongoing development toward account management leadership roles.

Owns customer relationships and outcomes for a portfolio of 10–25 B2B technology clients. The role establishes governance, monitors service delivery, manages risks and SLAs, conducts customer success planning, tracks KPIs and financial oversight, advocates for customers, and drives adoption and continuous improvement. The CSM coordinates across Sales, Professional Services, Managed Services, Operations, and leadership while serving as a trusted strategic advisor.

Provides second-level and Tier-3 managed security services, including SIEM and EDR administration, detection engineering, incident investigation, threat hunting, vulnerability assessment, and security analytics. Mentors analysts, develops playbooks and automated workflows, improves service processes, supports client accounts, delivers security briefings, and provides technical recommendations. Requires participation in 24/7 operations, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Provides second-level cybersecurity incident response and client support within a 24/7 managed detection and response operation. Monitors, investigates, remediates, and resolves cyber incidents; escalates complex issues; performs root-cause analysis and ticket quality reviews; and supports SLA adherence. The role improves SOC analytics and processes, mentors junior analysts, participates in use-case and SOP development, supports customer activations, and pursues relevant security certifications.

Supports Lenovo partner and vendor business management by coordinating engagements, reporting, funding, contracts, marketing activities, portal programs, and product information. Collaborates with Lenovo, Finance, Partner Business Managers, and Senior Partner Business Managers to execute programs, track invoices and funding, approve content, manage deal registration, and maintain accurate product communications. Requires strong organization, analytical ability, problem-solving, prioritization, and deadline management.
