Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Vice-President & General Manager (GM) Canada, this role will serve as the head of Value, Access and Pricing in Canada.  In collaboration with the Canadian leadership team, and working closely with the Global team, they will support the development and execution of the value access strategy to enable a successful launch of RevMed and our portfolio in Canada. The incumbent will contribute to pre-launch and launch strategic and operational plans, establishment of Canada processes and policies, work with other key stakeholders on the Canadian market access and pricing plans, as well as ensuring the timely and successful launch of Daraxonrasib and subsequent portfolio products.  The incumbent will be accountable with Global for defining and driving value, access, and pricing strategies for Revolution Medicines’ oncology assets in Canada. This role serves as the strategic market access leader in Canada ensuring payer, HTA, pricing, reimbursement, and evidence-generation considerations are integrated into development, launch, and commercialization decisions.

This role is a key member of the Canadian Leadership Team and a team player working collaboratively across functions to launch RevMed and our portfolio in Canada successfully. The role requires a strategic thinker with a team-focus, a strong background in finance, operations, and cross-functional management to support the company's growth and success.

The role partners closely with Clinical Development, HEOR, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance, regional teams, and the cross-functional organization to align local with global and regional access strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the value, access, and pricing strategy for oncology assets in Canada with support from Global across the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives, long-term asset value, and sustainable patient access.

  • Support decisions related to clinical development, evidence generation, indication sequencing, lifecycle management, and key investment decisions in Canada.

  • Anticipate and assess local market access risks and opportunities, including competitive dynamics, evolving payer requirements, HTA frameworks, healthcare policy changes, and reimbursement considerations, translating insights into actionable strategic recommendations.

  • Partner across global and regional functions to ensure market access considerations are integrated into development, launch, commercialization, and lifecycle planning.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on pricing, reimbursement, launch readiness, lifecycle management, portfolio prioritization, and business development opportunities.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, MBA, MPH, MSc, or equivalent) preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in market access, pricing, HEOR, commercial strategy, or related functions within the biopharmaceutical industrym

  • Deep expertise in Canadian pricing, reimbursement, market access, and oncology product development, with a strong understanding of payer systems, HTA processes, and evolving reimbursement frameworks across major markets.

  • Demonstrated success influencing clinical development, evidence generation, launch planning, and commercialization strategies to optimize payer and HTA outcomes.

  • Proven ability to shape strategy, influence senior leadership, and drive cross-functional alignment in complex, matrixed organizations.

  • Strong strategic, analytical, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable recommendations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, precision oncology, or biomarker-driven therapies.

  • Understanding of companion diagnostic reimbursement and testing access considerations.

  • Familiarity with emerging global healthcare policy and pricing reforms, including U.S. IRA, EU pharmaceutical legislation, and EU JCA.

  • Experience in a clinical-stage, pre-commercial, or rapidly growing biotechnology environment.

Base Pay Salary Range
$196,000$245,000 CAD
