Lead commercial launch readiness and go-to-market strategy for RevMed’s oncology portfolio in Canada. Build and lead a cross-functional Canadian commercial organization (marketing, sales, market access, commercial operations), drive market analysis, KOL engagement, pricing/input to global teams, and represent the company externally to ensure successful product commercialization.

Lead Finance & Operations for the Canadian affiliate, serving as Country CFO. Oversee accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, payroll, procurement, internal controls, budgeting, audits, and P&L management. Support commercial launch, supply chain/logistics, distributor/3PL relationships, international trade compliance, and cross-functional planning. Build finance processes, lead local finance staff, and collaborate with global teams to scale Canadian operations.

Lead Canada Value, Access & Pricing strategy for oncology portfolio; develop and execute market access, HTA, pricing, reimbursement, and evidence-generation plans to enable launches. Advise senior leadership on pricing, reimbursement, launch readiness and lifecycle decisions. Influence clinical development and cross-functional stakeholders (Global, HEOR, Medical, Regulatory, Commercial, Finance) to align local and global access strategies and ensure sustainable patient access.
