You always think customer first and are keenly aware of how to match the right content with the right audience, seamlessly tailoring your key messages to different personas, industries, demographics, and psychographics. You love to create and tell stories that build intrigue and brand love.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, you will brief emails, create copy, generate campaign concepts for various audiences/stakeholders, manage our seasonal marketing calendar, and work with our email marketing agency to drive increased engagement and sales. You always approach content customer-first and are naturally curious about what motivates different audiences, and overcoming their pain points.

You feel at home in modern email marketing platforms (we use Klaviyo) and are driven to unlock more channel value through improved segmentation, dynamic content, timely email automation, and laser-focused messaging. Ideally, you have previous experience managing a brand’s email marketing program and have a documented history of driving increased engagement and sales growth.

Beyond email, you are a web content and copy-creating aficionado. You know your way around a CMS and are astutely aware of what makes a winning homepage, category page, product page, and checkout. You are comfortable writing headlines, page titles, meta descriptions, FAQs, and comparison tables, ensuring they find the perfect balance between the ideal user experience and SEO optimization. As you become more comfortable with the StickerYou website, you will become its chief content officer, briefing banners, videos, and infographics, while providing the copy needed to make the site perform at its best.

Most importantly, you approach content creation highly strategically, examining audience needs, customer pain points, user experience, search demand, content gaps, SEO value, and more.

We're looking for someone who will bring a focus on excellence and tangible results to the table that will augment StickerYou’s growth at an important time in our company's evolution. Oh, and bonus, if you have to have a passion for stickers!
