BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for our first Senior AEM Architect to join our team! This is a short-term contract role starting ASAP and ending on December 20, 2024. Potential to extend in to 2025.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Architect to lead the design and implementation of our digital experience platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AEM and its ecosystem, as well as expertise in architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AEM solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Develop and maintain AEM architecture standards, best practices, and governance models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions and third-party systems.
- Lead CMS migration efforts.
- Design, Architect, Implement and Develop a custom headless CMS solution.
- Manage and optimize CMS infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with Adobe product releases, updates, and industry trends.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including architecture, development, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of AEM's core components, including Sites, Assets, and Forms.
- Experience with AEM's integration with other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions and third-party systems.
- Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud-based deployments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Docker).
- Certification in Adobe Experience Manager or related technologies.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
