The Accountant supports the Controller and Finance department through client budget control reporting, accounts receivable, accounts payable backup, credit card reconciliations, timesheet and docket management, financial schedules, month-end reporting, intercompany reconciliations, audits, tax filings, ERP maintenance, and ad hoc reporting. The role also supports administration, HR, and operations initiatives while working in a hybrid Toronto office environment.

Produces and adapts approved creative across print, digital, social, signage, out-of-home, and video. Creates press-ready artwork, digital layouts, motion graphics, animations, templates, and high-volume campaign versions. Uses Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, AI, and automation to streamline production while maintaining brand accuracy. Performs detailed quality assurance, manages technical specifications and organized files, and collaborates with creative, account, and production teams to deliver accurate assets under tight deadlines.

Recruit full-cycle technical talent for designated roles, including developers, designers, and product managers. Responsibilities include daily sourcing and pipeline development, partnering with hiring stakeholders, translating hiring needs into positive candidate and interviewer experiences, maintaining recruiting data integrity, reporting metrics, and representing the company throughout the recruitment process. The role requires deep sourcing expertise, strong communication, and 3–4 years of technical recruiting experience.

Leads workforce planning, resource allocation, capacity forecasting, and fulfillment across multidisciplinary agency teams. Translates client, business, and financial pipeline data into staffing, hiring, freelancer, contractor, vendor, and nearshore/offshore plans. Maintains resource and utilization data, identifies capacity constraints and delivery risks, coordinates external talent partners, and collaborates with Operations, HR, Finance, Talent, Client Leadership, and department leaders to optimize staffing and support successful client delivery.

Build and extend a large Rails 8 application supporting a high-traffic website, CMS, integrations, APIs, and mobile consumers. Develop Hotwire and Stimulus interfaces, design resilient Sidekiq workflows and third-party integrations, optimize PostgreSQL and application performance, implement caching and scalability improvements, address security issues, and write automated tests. Collaborate with editorial, marketing, mobile, and distributed engineering teams while improving accessibility, observability, and reliability.
