Support CMS integration and daily content operations for the Audi account, troubleshoot and escalate AEM issues, manage intake and requirements, publish and QA content, document processes, coordinate with developers/product/QA/analytics, maintain Jira/Confluence records, and drive process improvements and accessibility/analytics support.

Prepare client budget control reports, manage A/R and backup A/P, support month-end reporting, lead intercompany reconciliations, assist audits, file monthly HST/federal tax, maintain ERP and timesheet processes, and provide finance and administrative support to HR and Operations.

Manage website content lifecycle from intake to CMS execution, coordinate agency resources and client communications, publish and QA content on schedule, handle assets in DAM, maintain project documentation, estimate and monitor team capacity, ensure brand, legal, and accessibility compliance, and continuously improve processes to meet client goals.

Design, build, and maintain production-grade agentic systems: planning, tool use, validation, failure handling, evaluation pipelines, prompt engineering, and integrations. Partner with product and engineering to deliver reliable, measurable LLM-powered solutions for clients.
