Own workforce planning, resource allocation, capacity forecasting, and external talent management across multidisciplinary agency teams. Translate client, business development, and financial pipelines into hiring and fulfillment plans. Coordinate internal staffing, freelancers, contractors, vendors, and nearshore/offshore resources. Maintain utilization and resourcing data, identify capacity constraints and delivery risks, and develop mitigation plans while partnering with Operations, HR, Finance, Talent, and department leaders.

The Accountant supports the Controller and Finance department through accounts receivable, accounts payable backup, reconciliations, budget control reporting, month-end reporting, tax filings, audit support, financial schedules, timesheet and docket administration, internal controls, and ERP maintenance. The role also provides finance and administrative support across the organization and requires advanced Excel skills, CPA Canada enrollment, and strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Build and extend a high-traffic Ruby on Rails 8 platform, including server-rendered features, Hotwire interactions, CMS capabilities, APIs, and resilient third-party integrations. Design Sidekiq workflows, optimize PostgreSQL performance, implement caching and scaling strategies, remediate security issues, and improve automated test coverage. Collaborate with editorial, marketing, mobile, QA, and distributed engineering teams while supporting seasonal traffic peaks and maintaining an established codebase.

Supports Adobe Experience Manager content and integration initiatives for the Audi North America account. Responsibilities include creating and publishing content, troubleshooting CMS issues, coordinating with developers, QA, analytics, authors, and stakeholders, conducting content quality reviews, documenting processes, tracking work in Jira and Confluence, supporting accessibility and analytics requirements, and improving content operations and workflows.

Lead the architecture and hands-on development of a web-first Hotwire Native companion app across iOS and Android. Build native capabilities including offline tickets, wallets, notifications, wayfinding, biometrics, and bridge components while integrating with Rails-rendered content. Own mobile testing, accessibility, CI/CD, store submission, release readiness, and technical communication with client stakeholders. Mentor a small mobile pod and guide build-versus-buy decisions for a multi-year media and entertainment platform.

Design, build, and maintain production-grade agentic systems: planning, tool use, validation, failure handling, evaluation pipelines, prompt engineering, and integrations. Partner with product and engineering to deliver reliable, measurable LLM-powered solutions for clients.
