The Senior Resource Manager owns workforce planning, resource allocation, capacity forecasting, staffing fulfillment, and external talent management across multidisciplinary agency teams. The role translates client, business development, and financial pipelines into hiring and resourcing plans; coordinates employees, freelancers, contractors, vendors, and nearshore/offshore partners; maintains utilization and capacity data; and proactively mitigates staffing gaps, resource conflicts, and delivery risks. The position partners with Operations, HR, Finance, Talent, Client Leadership, and department heads.

Conduct full-cycle technical recruiting for developers, designers, product managers, and other designated roles. Source candidates, build talent pipelines, understand hiring needs, support positive candidate and interviewer experiences, maintain recruiting data integrity, report metrics, and build strong stakeholder relationships. The role is a six-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid schedule requiring two office days per week.

Build and extend a high-traffic Ruby on Rails 8 platform, including server-rendered features, Hotwire interactions, CMS capabilities, APIs, and resilient third-party integrations. Design Sidekiq workflows, optimize PostgreSQL performance, implement caching and scaling strategies, remediate security issues, and improve automated test coverage. Collaborate with editorial, marketing, mobile, QA, and distributed engineering teams while supporting seasonal traffic peaks and maintaining an established codebase.
