**This position is a hybrid role based out of Etobicoke, ON office**
About you
As a Research Coordinator supporting our Industrial team, you are an individual who often finds yourself asking “why”, and you understand the indispensable value that data can provide. In this role, you will be providing the latest market insights for pitches, proposals, and other client solutions by tracking and analyzing data in the commercial real estate market.
In this role, you will…

Gather, track, and manage data from relevant sources and compiling into our CRM+ database and/or relevant systems.

Prepare periodic research publications including market commentary, industry trends, and quarterly statistics.

Assist in the compilation, verification, and publication of market data (industrial, office, in particular) following Colliers’ standard processes.

Work closely with the Data Team to troubleshoot issues and ensure property Data Governance is followed, and aligning with the organizational goals.

Actively participate in sales and research meetings and engage with industry professionals through local events to enhance relationships and market knowledge.
What you’ll bring

Undergraduate degree required. Real Estate or Business post-secondary is an asset.

Minimum of 1 year work experience in a business or professional services required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-
Experience in Microsoft 365 suites including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Excellent writing and analytical skills with the ability to confidently present data and market insights to clients.

Strong networking and relationship-building ability, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful.
-
Attention to detail and an ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Bonus skills and experience

Experience in commercial or residential real estate

Experience in BI, data visualization and GIS tools
