THE OPPORTUNITY

Accurate fleet specifications are essential to reliable vehicle acquisition, service quality, and client confidence.

As Quality Analyst, you will audit high volumes of fleet specifications and acquisition-related data, identify defects and trends, and provide practical feedback that helps strengthen quality across the Vehicle Acquisition team.

You will also support training on key ordering platforms, investigate specification and system issues, and work with business and IT partners to improve processes, systems, and data quality.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Audit more than 5,000 fleet specifications annually to verify accuracy and compliance, evaluate specification quality, and identify defects, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide coaching and actionable feedback to New Vehicle Acquisitions Consultants (NVACs) and Customer Service Associates (CSAs), identify training gaps, and support targeted training initiatives.
• Support training on FleetSelect, NAOP, and related ordering platforms, and participate in system testing to validate functionality and quality standards.
• Partner with business teams and IT, including JDP, to investigate and help resolve issues involving FleetSelect, NAOP, DLO, and Price & Spec.
• Identify system and process inefficiencies, recommend and support improvements, and assist with fleet specification rebuilds and data corrections as needed.

Preferred experience includes a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience; one to two years of automotive, fleet, or related operational experience; and experience with quality assurance, auditing, or process improvement.

COMPENSATION

The hiring base salary range for this position is $62,600-$86,000 annually. This range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the expected base salary at the time of posting. Salary ranges may vary based on the geographic location where the work is performed. The salary range listed in this posting applies only to the location identified. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the successful candidate's qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant market data. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in annual incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, or other incentive compensation, as applicable to the role.
