Audits high volumes of fleet specifications and acquisition data for accuracy, compliance, defects, and trends. Provides coaching and feedback, supports ordering-platform training and system testing, investigates data and system issues with business and IT partners, and recommends process improvements. The role also assists with specification rebuilds, data corrections, root-cause analysis, and quality initiatives across the Vehicle Acquisition team.

Leads enterprise QA automation across multiple projects, establishing testing governance, designing Selenium and Robot Framework automation frameworks, and improving test coverage and release readiness. The role combines hands-on automated and manual testing, regression and integration testing, defect management, test strategy development, quality reporting, and team guidance. It partners with development, product, architecture, and business teams to identify risks, improve testing processes, and build sustainable in-house QA capability.

Plans and executes manual functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing for Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and releases. Documents, prioritizes, and retests defects while collaborating with developers, technical teams, and business partners. Maintains test plans, cases, scripts, and QA documentation; supports Agile ceremonies and release activities; assesses quality risks; and improves testing efficiency and delivery quality.

Owns the organization’s end-to-end greenhouse gas reporting framework, including methodologies, controls, governance, data quality, disclosures, assurance readiness, and reporting calendars. Interprets evolving sustainability requirements, directs cross-functional implementation, resolves complex methodology and data issues, identifies compliance risks, and leads process, automation, and control improvements. Provides professional guidance on climate transition modeling, emissions projections, GHG targets, and product-level emissions data.

Provides senior commercial and transactional legal counsel for Element’s U.S. and Canadian operations. Responsibilities include negotiating client, vendor, procurement, sourcing, and partner agreements; advising stakeholders on contractual, compliance, data security, regulatory, and commercial risks; supporting cross-border transactions and disputes; and improving contracting processes and legal practices.

Lead the design, configuration, validation, and deployment of Mexico-specific SAP FI-CA localization requirements. Configure SAP DRC, CFDI e-invoicing, SAT reporting, tax determination, PAC integrations, C2C processes, and compliance testing. Review regulatory RICEFW objects, support data migration, resolve integration defects, create localization documentation, and deliver knowledge transfer to IT and AMS teams.

Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud and Service Cloud), produce technical designs and documentation, support integrations, development, testing, deployment, and production readiness, advise stakeholders on platform standards, monitor platform enhancements, and promote best practices for security, data models, and release management.

Lead end-to-end finance automation and analytics projects: analyze processes, design and build Alteryx/Power BI/Power Automate solutions, develop SQL/Snowflake queries and dashboards, drive efficiencies, strengthen controls, manage stakeholders, document requirements and support change management and post-implementation continuous improvement.

Lead design, implementation, and support of secure, scalable AWS infrastructure. Drive on-premises to AWS migrations, automate provisioning with IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), implement monitoring/logging, collaborate with DevOps/Security/Application teams, document architecture and procedures, and recommend emerging cloud solutions.

Manage and optimize Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases on AWS (RDS/EC2), administer Snowflake, ensure performance, backups, security, and cost efficiency, support migrations from on-prem to cloud, create runbooks, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.

Creates and maintains digital product enablement resources, including demo recordings, knowledge base content, training materials, and RFP responses. Supports product demonstrations and enablement sessions, manages content organization and version control in SharePoint, coordinates stakeholder input, and identifies content gaps through feedback. The role helps Client Success, Commercial, and Operations teams communicate digital product capabilities clearly and consistently to internal teams, prospects, and clients.

Own the strategy, governance, architecture, and technical roadmap for an enterprise digital support platform. Establish workflow automation standards, quality controls, documentation, and performance measurement. Lead cross-functional initiatives, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, resolve complex architecture decisions, and evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and vendor enhancements. The role requires strong systems thinking, stakeholder influence, technical judgment, and experience with enterprise workflow automation, digital support platforms, integrations, and transformation initiatives.

Lead data architecture efforts: design relational and physical data models, develop and maintain ETL and reporting solutions, ensure data quality and governance, monitor data loads, support database performance and security, and translate business requirements into data designs.

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients through renewals, pricing optimization, and share-of-wallet opportunities. Conduct proactive outreach, develop client strategies with operations, use Salesforce for forecasting and opportunity management, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve escalations and deliver superior client experience.
