THE OPPORTUNITY

Quality assurance plays an important role in helping the Salesforce team deliver reliable enhancements, integrations, and releases. As Quality Assurance Analyst, you will plan and execute manual testing, support release and regression activities, manage defects, and work with technical and business partners to help ensure solutions meet functional and business requirements. Your work will strengthen testing capacity, reduce production risk, and support timely, high-quality delivery.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

• Plan, execute, and maintain manual test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce enhancements, integrations, and production support activities.
• Coordinate and perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing across Salesforce releases, helping validate system stability and minimize production risk.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and retest software defects, partnering with developers and project teams to resolve issues and improve solution quality.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to clarify requirements, support Agile ceremonies, maintain QA documentation, share knowledge, and improve testing efficiency and delivery quality.

YOU SHOULD CONSIDER THIS ROLE IF:

You bring hands-on software quality assurance experience, strong analytical judgement, and a collaborative approach to testing in an Agile environment.

• You have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• You have experience performing software quality assurance activities within enterprise applications and Salesforce.
• You have experience developing and executing manual test cases and documenting testing results.
• You have experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• You can independently manage moderately complex testing assignments, assess quality risks, prioritize testing activities, and escalate significant concerns appropriately.
• You bring strong analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, organization, and clear written and verbal communication.

Preferred experience includes supporting Salesforce platform implementations or enhancements; using test management and defect tracking tools; regression, integration, and user acceptance testing; knowledge of test automation concepts or tools; Salesforce certifications such as Admin, Advanced Admin, or BA; and an ISTQB or other recognized Quality Assurance certification.

YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO TELL US

• How you have planned and executed manual testing for Salesforce or another enterprise application, including how you translated requirements into effective test coverage.
• About a release where you performed regression, integration, or user acceptance testing and how you helped identify or reduce quality risk.
• How you have documented, prioritized, and retested defects while partnering with developers or project teams to drive resolution.
• How you have improved a QA process, testing standard, documentation practice, or testing efficiency.

COMPENSATION

The hiring base salary range for this position is $62,600-$86,000 annually. This range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the expected base salary at the time of posting. Salary ranges may vary based on the geographic location where the work is performed. The salary range listed in this posting applies only to the location identified. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including the successful candidate's qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience, internal pay equity, and relevant market data. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may participate in annual incentive programs, including bonuses, commissions, or other incentive compensation, as applicable to the role.
