WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Looking for a dedicated QE to join our team. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our product/services meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and performance. The QE will coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, develop, and execute testing strategies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure optimal product quality.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a QE, you will play a important role in ensuring quality, reliability of our product and you will be responsible for

Test Planning & Execution:
-
Develop and Execute test plans, test cases and test scripts.

Bug Reporting & Tracking:
-
Identify, report and track defects through defect management tool(JIRA, qTest), ensuring issues/defects are resolved in timely manner.

Regression Testing:
-
Execute Regression testing to confirm that new functionalities or bug fixes have not negatively impacted existing functionality.

Collaboration:
-
Work closely with development teams, product managers and other stakeholders to ensure quality throughout the development cycle.

Continuous Improvement:

Propose and implement process improvements for testing methodologies, tools and practices.

Documentation:
-
Maintain clear, detailed test documentation and results and ensuring transparency and traceability.

PIV Testing:
-
Validate final product release to ensure quality metrics and product requirements are met before production deployment.

Root Cause Analysis:
-
Analyze the root cause of defects and work with cross functional teams to prevent future occurrences.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
-
Undergraduate degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent.
-
3+ Years of Experience in Quality Engineering, Experience in Manual Testing
-
Postman, SoapUI, Service/API Testing, Agile Methodology, JIRA, qTest
-
Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Ability to determine the information and communication needs of the stakeholders and project.

A strong understanding of technology and/or financial services industry.
-
Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high-quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Nice-to-have:

Mobile Testing, CI/CD Pipeline, Jenkins, Test Frameworks (TestNG), Mobile Automation knowledge

Knowledge of programing/Scripting languages Java, Java script or Python,
Soft Skills:

Strong Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Attention to detail and passion for ensuring product quality.

Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
