We’re looking for our next innovative and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to join our Project Management Office team. Reporting to the Program Manager, you’ll be playing a critical role in ensuring that projects run smoothly by managing logistics, communication, and administrative tasks that will improve efficiency, reduce project risks, and supporting project managers to meet their business goals.
A day in the life as a Project Coordinator:
- Coordinate internal and external resources – ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirements
- Oversee project administration – schedule meetings and manage calendars for team check-ins and stakeholder updates, document and track action items from meetings to ensure projects remain on schedule
- Manage risks – monitor and log project risks, delays, or bottlenecks, assist in resolving minor problems before they escalate, and ensure compliance by keeping project documentation up to date and aligned with internal policies
- Collaborate cross-functionally – send daily or weekly status updates summarizing projects, upcoming tasks, and blockers to the project teams as well as coordinate between business teams to maintain alignment
- Support process improvements – gather team feedback to identify process inefficiencies

- I have a working knowledge of project management fundamentals
- I gained my knowledge through 2 years of direct experience in project coordination or administrative work
- I have experience in the SaaS industry
- I have experience with project management software, such as ClickUp, Smartsheet, or the like
- I’m exceptional at time management and task prioritization, and I am a highly organized person
- I have a proven ability to deftly organize documentation and reports as well as identify critical process improvements
- I am extra passionate about work that values proactivity and is initiative-driven
- I’m willing to occasionally travel and have a valid passport and no travel restrictions that limit my ability to cross the border between Canada and the USA
- I thrive in an agile environment that is constantly changing and encourages team members to collectively collaborate and communicate
- I love to be directly involved in projects and initiatives that offer continued learning and endless opportunity to express my ideas and build my leadership skills
