The Student, IT/OT Project Coordinator is a detail-oriented entry-level role to assist in the execution of various infrastructure, network, and IT projects. This role is ideal for a student looking to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and service delivery. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the successful candidate will support project management activities, maintain asset inventories, and manage coordinate projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and tracking IT and OT projects.

Maintain and update IT asset inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Support service delivery tasks, including change requests.

Coordinate project schedules, documentation, and reports.

Facilitate communication between internal teams and external vendors.

Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and properly stored.
Qualifications & Skills:

Currently enrolled in Project Management, Information Technology, Business Administration disciplines, or a related field.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and service delivery concepts.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can quickly change
