Role description:

Arcadis is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex infrastructure and transportation projects.

In addition, you will help with quantity take-offs and other coordination activities that support project development and construction planning.

As part of the team, you will review, organize, and help assess technical information received from project teams, consultants, and external stakeholders. You will assist in identifying gaps, validating project data and deliverables for senior review, and supporting field verification activities such as surveys or site investigations where required. Your contributions will help the team maintain an accurate understanding of existing conditions and project requirements.

You will also play an important role in maintaining clear and organized project documentation, including meeting minutes, correspondence, and coordination records. Responsibilities will include preparing draft reports, project updates, and other materials for review, while also supporting cost estimating, budgeting inputs, and quantity tracking. Through these activities, you will help the project team stay organized, informed, and on track throughout project delivery.
