Manage archiving, indexing, and retrieval of project documents for civil engineering projects. Maintain EDMS records, quality-check and approve documents, support file migrations and audits, maintain RFI logs, distribute responses, and provide status updates to stakeholders to ensure compliant, organized project documentation.

Lead design quality assurance and control across large infrastructure projects. Develop and maintain QMS to ISO 9001:2015 and CSA standards, manage audits, supplier evaluations, non-conformance/CAPA, document control, change management, and provide technical mentorship, reporting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure regulatory and client compliance.

Lead cost management for major design and engineering projects: configure and maintain Oracle/Unifier cost systems, manage forecasting, EV/KPI reporting, invoicing, cash flow, estimates, contract records, and mentor cost controllers to ensure commercial governance and financial close support.

Lead multidisciplinary project teams to deliver large, complex infrastructure and built-environment programs. Oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk, contracts, commercial management, project controls, financials, client relationships, proposals, governance, and mentor project staff to ensure quality, performance, and continuous improvement.

Lead BIM coordination for infrastructure/transportation projects: implement BIM Execution Plans, review models/drawings, enforce BIM/drafting standards, allocate resources, liaise with project stakeholders, and develop BIM policies and tool recommendations.

Lead systems engineering for light rail CBTC projects across lifecycle: define and manage requirements, architecture, V&V, integration, testing, commissioning, and safety/RAMS compliance. Mentor junior engineers, manage technical interfaces, produce design and test documentation, and resolve complex integration and safety issues to deliver compliant rail systems.

Lead and deliver commercial workplace interior projects from concept to handover. Manage client relationships, construction administration, project financials, permitting, schedules, and technical standards.
