Lead municipal watermain, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer infrastructure projects from concept and detailed design through construction. Review engineering deliverables, cost estimates, specifications, construction methodologies, and trenchless solutions. Coordinate with municipal clients, utilities, regulators, contractors, and agencies; manage RFIs, change orders, risk, constructability, permitting, and site support. Mentor staff, lead technical meetings, and contribute to proposals, scopes, schedules, and estimates. The role requires extensive Ontario municipal linear infrastructure experience and operates hybrid within the GTA.

Lead delivery of complex, high-risk defense projects and portfolios, with accountability for schedule, budget, quality, safety, governance, and commercial performance. Direct project teams, senior project directors, suppliers, and consultants while managing resources, change, reporting, contracts, risks, and client relationships. Shape pursuit strategies, support business growth, mentor multidisciplinary teams, and collaborate with government stakeholders and joint venture partners across geographically distributed operations.

Lead instrumentation and controls engineering for municipal water and wastewater facilities. Develop SCADA architectures, P&IDs, control narratives, specifications, PLC/HMI designs, and industrial network infrastructure. Coordinate multidisciplinary design, construction-phase services, QA/QC, inspections, testing, startup, and commissioning. Manage assignments, communicate with clients, and occasionally travel to sites and offices.

Lead client relationships and account growth for Software & Internet clients across the Americas. Oversee portfolio performance, forecasting, margin targets, pipeline hygiene, pursuit approvals, and master service agreements. Mentor account team, manage escalations, run client business reviews, and identify opportunities for new or expanded services to increase share of wallet.

Lead sector portfolio strategy and client engagement for Internet & Software clients across the Americas. Design and coordinate electrical systems for rail and transit projects including traction power, LV distribution, lighting, grounding, EMI/EMC, and UPS. Prepare calculations, drawings, specifications, and reports; support multidisciplinary coordination, construction support, site visits, and project delivery across design, procurement, and commissioning phases.
