Provide in-house legal counsel for major Canadian infrastructure projects, focusing on construction claims, contract disputes, insurance coverage, negotiation, and risk mitigation. Advise project and bid teams on alternative delivery models, public contracting, and contractual risks. Coordinate insurers, outside counsel, experts, joint venture partners, lenders, contractors, and public authorities while managing dispute strategies, legal budgets, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Lead ISO 19650-compliant information management for infrastructure and capital projects. Establish and govern Common Data Environments, manage metadata and document workflows, coordinate EIR/PIR and MIDP/TIDP requirements, support BIM coordination and asset data delivery, audit compliance, facilitate reviews, train project teams, and improve reusable information management tools and standards.

Provides technical leadership and governance for bridge, structural, and geotechnical engineering deliverables on complex MTO transportation projects. Oversees design reviews, quality control, technical risk, safety in design, constructability, and multidisciplinary coordination. Leads client and stakeholder relationships, supports bids and practice growth, and mentors engineering staff. Contributes to recruitment, capability building, and innovative solutions for bridge rehabilitation, new design, foundations, retaining systems, and earthworks.
