Oversee portfolio performance, forecasting, margin targets, pipeline hygiene, pursuit approvals, and master service agreements. Mentor account team, manage escalations, run client business reviews, and identify opportunities for new or expanded services to increase share of wallet.

Lead sector portfolio strategy and client engagement for Internet & Software clients across the Americas. Support Account and Client Portfolio Managers to grow revenue, improve margins, execute client business plans, mentor teams, pursue new commercial models, manage pipeline and ensure portfolio financial targets are met. Represent Arcadis at events and act as a market thought leader.

Lead design, integration, testing, commissioning, and management of signaling and train control systems for heavy and light rail. Develop signaling layouts, control logic, interface specs, safety cases, and technical documentation. Oversee factory/site acceptance testing, installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting. Ensure compliance with industry standards and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, suppliers, and contractors to deliver projects on time and safely.
