Provides employee relations guidance to employees and managers across Arcadis North America. Responsibilities include managing disciplinary and grievance matters, performance issues, investigations, absence and return-to-work processes, policy guidance, labor law monitoring, change initiatives, people data analysis, and manager coaching. The role collaborates with HR business partners, Centers of Excellence, and shared services teams to improve employee experiences and support organizational priorities.

Supports preliminary and detailed engineering design for municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, and storage infrastructure. Responsibilities include hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing, technical documentation, condition assessments, site visits, water sampling, troubleshooting, commissioning, construction support, and client coordination. The role also contributes to sustainability and resilience projects and uses CAD, BIM, Power BI, and other digital tools. This is a hybrid entry-level position based in Markham, Ontario.

Leads full-stack development of secure, revenue-critical tolling and transaction systems. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting back-end services, web and mobile applications, databases, and external integrations. The role owns production issues, performs architecture and code reviews, addresses security and compliance risks, mentors developers, guides technical decisions, and collaborates with clients and distributed delivery teams.
