Leads cost management and project controls for major infrastructure design projects. Responsibilities include configuring Oracle and Unifier, managing budgets, forecasts, invoices, cash flow, cost reporting, earned value metrics, change control, risk analysis, and commercial records. The role supports project setup, contract administration, month-end reporting, estimates, stakeholder decision-making, and mentoring cost controllers while ensuring compliance with project controls procedures and contracts.

Lead architectural design and technical development for data center and mission critical projects from concept through construction documentation. Coordinate drawings, integrate design solutions, ensure code and regulatory compliance, manage project timelines and budgets, and collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Provide technical guidance to junior staff while maintaining design quality, client objectives, and project deliverables.

Leads document management and project mobilization for civil engineering projects, overseeing a team of approximately 10 people. Establishes document control frameworks, workflows, registers, reporting, and team routines; manages records through handover; coordinates file migrations, audits, approvals, quality checks, and status reporting. Partners with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues, manage risks, and maintain compliant, accessible project information.
