Capco is looking for talented, innovative and creative people to join our incredible and growing Team focused on our financial services clients. We are looking for experienced talent exceptional domain expertise who can work directly with our clients on mission-critical projects.

About the Role:

Responsibilities 

  • Monitor and track project progress against planned milestones and deliverables
  • Maintain project documentation, including status reports and risk logs
  • Support the creation and updating of project schedules
  • Track project costs and assist with budget monitoring
  • Collect and consolidate project metrics and KPIs
  • Prepare project status reports and presentations
  • Assist in organizing project meetings and maintaining action logs
  • Support change control processes and documentation
  • Help maintain project management tools and repositories


Show Us What You’ve Got 

  • Bachelor's degree in business engineering, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in Project Coordination or similar role
  • Previous experience with Confluence, Jira and Clarity.
  • Capital Markets domain experience is a PLUS
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
