About the Role:
Responsibilities
- Monitor and track project progress against planned milestones and deliverables
- Maintain project documentation, including status reports and risk logs
- Support the creation and updating of project schedules
- Track project costs and assist with budget monitoring
- Collect and consolidate project metrics and KPIs
- Prepare project status reports and presentations
- Assist in organizing project meetings and maintaining action logs
- Support change control processes and documentation
- Help maintain project management tools and repositories
Show Us What You’ve Got
- Bachelor's degree in business engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Project Coordination or similar role
- Previous experience with Confluence, Jira and Clarity.
- Capital Markets domain experience is a PLUS
- Strong analytical and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
