What does a Great Production Operator Associate do at Fiserv

As a Production Operations Associate, you will be an essential part of our production team. This position is vital to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. Your role will involve enhancing productivity, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to the overall success of our business. You'll work closely with a dynamic and supportive team dedicated to delivering excellent service to our clients.

What you'll do:

  • Enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes.
  • Collaborate with the production team to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Ensure seamless operations to meet client expectations.
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline production tasks.
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

What you need to have:

  • 1-2 year(s) of experience in production environments
  • Must be a permeant resident of Cananda.
  • 1-2 year(s) of experience in team collaboration
  • Any combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience injecting/downloading/shipping of POS units
  •  Technical troubleshooting of various electronics
  • Forklift experience,
  • Ability to work overtime as required

Salary Range:

$42,800.00-$53,500.00
